  So I ordered the wrong set of strings because the two different sets both have orange coloring, one just a little darker. I tried within minutes to cancel it, and I just couldn’t do it. He wouldn’t let me. So I sent a message to him, and though I got no reply, I told him what set I would’ve preferred. And he actually made it right and sent that set which I appreciate. I still think you should be able to cancel an order within minutes of placing it.  Overall pleased with the transaction

  Item shipped with no tracking, a bit unsettling but after 10 days, strings arrived. Item as described and packed well. Thank you!

  I have been using this seller for many years for these strap end buttons. Price is good, fast shipping and always get a new product still in it's factory packaging!

  Well packed, to protect from the elements of winter. Good communication with seller. Package took a left turn, USPS took it all over before it actually made it to me 19 days later. 5 star seller, USPS gets 0 stars. You can see, I really needed those strings!

  The service was great. This didn't arrive for well over a month, but it wasn't the vendor's fault, it was the US Mail. After a month, I reported that it hadn't arrived. The vendor promptly refunded the purchase price. Weeks later the product arrived. I haven't tried out this product yet because I had surgery, but the brand is well thought of. The condition was excellent, and the price was right.

  My strings came packaged neatly, and this seller was very friendly and professional. The shipping was prompt, and they were quick to respond to any issue I had. Love my strings and would highly recommend this seller.

  That comment would be far more helpful in a seller's inbox than as a Drive By Feedback. If you simply express a concern, a seller will look into it and take care of you.
