  Seller sent me a note the day after ordering, letting me know they encountered a "quality issue" with the item in my order, and they would not be shipping, but would be issuing a full refund for my purchase. Within 24 hours, they did exactly that. Even though I did not end up buying from this seller, I would not hesitate to so again. Great communication and customer service.
