  This item is of great quality, really well packaged with care, in super mint condition and it has a brand new appearance, as expected from the description. Given it came with Japan post I was worried this would take months to get here but it came super fast. I'll definitely consider ordering something from this seller again in the future. I also really appreciated the clear communication and the origami birds as a small thank you.

  A+++ Ebayer. Fast shipment! Communicated with me to make sure i knew about product language (which i did) . Dhl damaged exterior box a little bit, but thanks to Seller's extra care in packaging, inner packaging and contents arrived in perfect condition. Seller even wrote a cute handwritten surprise note.   The seller made an error in the listing and realized they didn’t have the full set and they offered multiple options to make things right which I genuinely appreciated as well as giving me the option to cancel for a full refund. Ultimately, I opted for the refund, but I was very impressed with the sellers communication, promptness, and offers to make things right. Despite the error, I would absolutely try to buy from the seller again.
