  The rug I received was not the one pictured, no where near, so I requested a return label/refund. After delays/run-around to my multiple requests over about 6-7 days, I submitted an official request through eBay ... and lo and behold, I had the return label the next day ... imagine that! I will never buy anything else from this seller ever.
