    I am very impressed by the support and help by the seller before the transaction and about the tips he gave me. During the transaction process he still gave me updates about the product and even helped me with the bad transportation process of UPS. Besides the delivery problems on the sides of UPS it came quickly. It was wrapped and sealed extremely well in the box. The product was as told in the description when not even better. It was 100% worth buying this cigar cutter.

    Excellent service, my pipe arrived within date stated. Well packaged, tracking was always updated. This pipe is gorgeous! Pictures don't do it justice. Yes there are some differences from the site images to what you get which they do state but the one I received is equally gorgeous. An almost artisan pipe at a factory price! Perfect draw hole, tenon fits nicely & stem lines up with the shaft with no gaps. I'll be keeping an eye on this seller for my next pipe. Nothing more needs saying A++++
