Wow my new Nova bag arrived today. I love it!!!! It’s all I hoped it would be and more. Suzie was tremendous - replying to messages while she was on holiday and getting the bag to me on time as promised. Can’t wait to travel. The seller was absolutely fine and posted the item promptly and kept in touch when the item was late. She then organised a refund for me. Sadly the contents of the parcel was missing when it was delivered today two weeks late by Royal Mail.

Trousers arrived in well packed condition. Item in fantastic condition too, as brand new. Hygiene seal had been attached which I thought was a nice touch. They fit perfectly. Would use this seller again without hesitation. If anything, I would have preferred slightly quicker postage, but then some people can only post on one day a week due to other commitments. All in all a very positive transaction. Thankyou very much. Xx

I am extremely happy with my dress and with the buying experience with Syraholic. The dress is in pristine condition with tags attached, as described, and is a perfect fit. Definitely true to size. I received the dress within a few days of ordering and it was a joy to open as it was so beautifully wrapped. Care and attention was definitely taken when sending the dress and I would highly recommend Syraholic as a seller.
