    The boards arrived damaged in transit, even though we'll packed, but the seller quickly sent replacements without any quibbles or questions. They arrived next day and are good quality and value. Would definitely order again

    Sir, Very good service, quick, posted same day, 2 day postage, economical price, what more can you ask for? And it is only self adhesive sealing rope for around the glass on a woodburner door. Very good. Regards, Ian

    They're was an initial mix up with the grade of vermiculite sent but after contacting the company they sent out a brand new one which also arrived very promptly. I can't fault the customer service, so a big thumbs up 👍🏻 and it's great value too for how much you receive.

    This item was marked as delivered on 6/3/25 by royal mail. It was not delivered at my address. I contacted the seller who was very helpful, I tried to contact royal mail to no avail. The item was delivered to my address yesterday 12/3/25. This was not the fault of the seller.
