    They're was an initial mix up with the grade of vermiculite sent but after contacting the company they sent out a brand new one which also arrived very promptly. I can't fault the customer service, so a big thumbs up 👍🏻 and it's great value too for how much you receive.

    This item was marked as delivered on 6/3/25 by royal mail. It was not delivered at my address. I contacted the seller who was very helpful, I tried to contact royal mail to no avail. The item was delivered to my address yesterday 12/3/25. This was not the fault of the seller.

    Delivered to the wrong address because it was addressed wrong, but I found locally because dpd left details on their email. The product was packaged well and fit for purpose.
