  Second time personally buying from seller, first time was excellent, fast shipping, exactly how described, and fixed the window lock issue I was having. Second time around had an issue with usps where the package was "delayed" but nowhere to be found. Messaged the seller about the subject and they responded super fast with a resolution to ship out another one. Ended coming much faster than expected, item was exactly as described and fixed my door lock issue. Great productsfor the price!

  My switch showed up just as it looked in the picture and had no blemishes or anything. Once it was installed I couldn't tell the difference from the original. I paid about half of what Amazon was asking. The seller sent it right away, too, so it got here about as quick as Amazon. Based on this experience, I'd buy from Switch Doctor again.
