Glad too because it was nice to see and feel the superb quality. These were dispatched fairly quickly and delivered a few days later. They arrived safely as well packaged etc.Happy to recommend/buy from again. Which I will once I've decided which one to get out of these 3.

Delivery was within seven days which suited. The wool was well packaged and protected. We may use this seller again a voucher was enclosed for our next order.

Fast delivery, but I don't like the new way of vacuum packing the wool. I'd like to see a postal option for sustainable packaging. I get why, but it's just more single use plastic. It's not like the normal yarn balls or cakes can't be squished through a letterbox. The new FRAGILE warning could simply state SQUISHABLE :o) Fab seller, lovely yarn, I just think the postage needs a rethink.
