I purchased a used replacement, but it didn’t solve the issue. However, the company’s service was exceptional—they shipped promptly, provided tracking, and processed my refund immediately after return. The logic board was in great condition, clean and reasonably priced, especially compared to the cost of a new one. I highly recommend this company for their excellent service.

I messed up the original order but the seller was quick to reply back to my communications and we got things sorted out. The component (control board) came packaged very well and suffered no damage in transit. One prongs within the control board was a little bent, but I was able to bend it back into place. Not bad for a probably 20 year old part! Good communication, timely delivery, and more importantly, I was able to get my garage door working again!!
