  This part arrived promptly and very well packed in it's original style box. Unfortunately the wrong part was in the box so I had to return it. However, these things can happen and the seller supplied a return label and refunded the purchase price immediately and without quibble. I have bought from this supplier before and will do so in the future. I have no hesitation in buying from this company again and will do when he has the part I need in stock again. Recommended seller.

  Overall positive. 1 issue with the laptop that wasn't specified (degraded battery life). Other than that, customer service was okay, and the rest of the product came as expected. (Though some of this products specific software e.g. alienware command center. Did not come pre installed as it would with a typical product.) Packaging was secure. Shipping was as expected. I would say I got great value for my money - (I have had the laptop for around 5days FYI)

  Expertly packed, arrived on time, and completely as described. Amazing value and works with no issues whatever. You have to take a deep breath when spending this much money on a single item on eBay but this supplier deserves every confidence.
