  Excellent service and communication from this seller - part of my original order didnt arrive within 4 days of ordering ( sent out 48 hr delivery ) so contacted seller who apologised and promptly sent out a replacement and delivered with next day delivery - fantastic service - Thank You.

  Good quality and communication was very good however once again the delivery driver failed to deliver to my front door and left the parcel at a neighbour flat way below,I live two flights of stairs from the entrance so leaving my order outside my front door is not asking to much.i have mentioned this problem very recently it appears to fall on death ears please deliver to my front door and not below in the entrance to the building for all to see and steal

  Decent quality piece of kit, very good communications and prompt despatch. Only dropped 1 star on item description because pack contents did not list finials (although picture does show some) and I bought a pair separate.
