  I can only assume that this feedback was sent by mistake or maybe intended for another seller that they have dealt with, we never had any messages from this buyer Plus we definitely DIDN'T issue a refund for this item, so I'm thinking that it's a mistake and WE WILL 100% guarantee that this product is genuine (have invoices to prove it) .... OR YOUR MONEY BACK!

  The supplier was so helpful I needed it sooner than the expected delivery date for a friend's birthday. The seller was on holiday but still managed to get it to me in time . I am VERY impressed with her service.

  Originally I was sent the wrong book, but the seller quickly replied when I sent a message, allowing me to keep the book and then the one I ordered was quickly sent. Book is in perfect condition. Thank you so much!
