  Almost all eBay transactions are positive, but thanks to the seller's willingness to accept returns and eBay' s easy, low cost return shipping this was a special buying experience for me. It turned out the the hitch was not for my mower.. Although my mower was not listed in the item description I incorrectly assumed that this was simply an omission and ordered anyway. Thank you "suvwinner" and eBay for taking care of me. I'll be back.

  Even though Federal Express did their utmost to destroy them, both packages arrived in perfect condition internally do to exceptionally good internal packaging. It is good to see that utmost care and thought was given to the internal shipping materials. The external packaging looked as if both had gone through a meat grinder. Only one of the lids was a little askew (slightly bent to the side) but was easily remedied.
