  The item was described perfectly. It came in a huge cardboard box with double vacuum bags. Item was sent the same day and arrived in less than a week. I know nothing about ginseng but what I got was for sure more than what I paid for. Bought for my mother so I hope that she will be happy. I do not ever think that anybody would use that much ginseng in their cooking. Lots to try. Happy to have come across Sutherby’s and conducted this transaction w/pleasure. Thank you!!!

  After discovering that this was not the part I needed, I reached out to the seller who graciously agreed to take it back and provided a few options on how to execute that. I picked the option that worked best for me. The part he was selling was well described, it was my error for not looking into the revision history on the harness on my C-18 marine engine. I would highly recommend buying from this seller as they stand behind their products and are committed to a great customer experience.
