  My purchase had to go through production and that took a few weeks. I did not know it had to so I wrote the seller a few times and they were very prompt at messaging me back! I am very pleased with their customer service and they were so nice. Once tracking was available and had shipping customer service contacted me they said they would to give me the information. Kon is as described and made so well! I am amazed at the detail. So very pleased! Thank you!

  Great seller, great communication. Item arrived on time perfectly as described in box. The seller sold it to me at a loss, but still did so anyway! What a great person! Definitely going to get more things from their shop in the future. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you guys!
