  Great and attentive customer service. Bought this for my friend’s daughter and it arrived on time and in good condition and as described at a good value. Seller did accidentally forget one of the cartridges which happens no big deal but immediately made things right and shipped to me at no cost. Was also packaged well to ensure minimal damage.   This seller is such a sweetheart. I contacted them to cancel the order because the person for whom I had ordered it died suddenly. I didn’t even explain the situation because I was so unfocused. They canceled it immediately and processed the refund. Once I got my thoughts together I messaged them about the situation. They were most gracious in response. I have since ordered something else from them. Wish every seller was as understanding.
