Dopo aver ordinato un coltello su eBay e aver avuto problemi con esso, ho provato a contattare il venditore per risolvere il problema. La risposta che ho ricevuto è stata così scortese che non riuscivo a capire perché quell'azienda vendesse tanto quanto vedevo nei loro registri di vendita.
Così ho deciso di iniziare a vendere su eBay, e i prodotti e le posate per esterni sono qualcosa che amo. Oggi, in Virginia, con 18 dipendenti efficienti e oltre 28.000 inserzioni, la nostra piccola impresa è il più grande rivenditore di posate, prodotti per l'autodifesa e per esterni su eBay e quello con le valutazioni più alte in questo campo. Sempre tra il 99,8% e il 100% di feedback positivi.

I contacted the seller and provided the information they requested. The mistake was from their supplier. I decided to keep the knife that I received and they sent me a discount coupon for a future purchase. I’m waiting for them to receive a new shipment so I can purchase the knife I originally intended to buy.

I have an Ontario machete I purchased around 27 to 28 years ago, and the quality is just not the same. I'm not saying that it was junk, I just decided that it wasn't for me. The seller was great. I returned the item and the seller kindly accepted the return, and gave me a refund no questions asked. I still hopefully plan on purchasing from the seller in the future. Go look at their ebay store, alot of awesome stuff!
