  I would give it a 3 stars on appearance, but that is not on them. Left it as 5 stars since it was described as shown. Had to request for a refund because it wasn’t exactly the previous one we had. Will be shipping it back the first thing in the morning. Other than that, everything else was smooth. Would buy again if it were the right type.
