    The seller was originally on vacation, but the AC was shipped immediately after his return. UPS had a considerable delay in the shipping and we nearly cancelled the item in order to buy another from the same seller. I was apprised of the UPS issue. Unit finally arrived 2 days earlier than the original UPS estimated. Unit was self packaged and in perfect condition in its own shipping box. Good Seller !!!
