  Surplus Alberta (seller) handled damage otherwise not-described in the listing very well; they offered me the opportunity to receive the original item (damaged) and a second functionally similar unit they were selling free of charge. I think this was a very generous solution and it left me with at least one working unit. I would order from them again in the future.

  The communication, shipping, and product were all excellent. The seller was able to ship at a lower rate than originally posted. The hot plate was a little scratched here and there but it heated up quickly and stayed hot as needed. I would buy from this seller again.
