    Things happen, so when my item arrived in a crushed box and broken inside, I tried my best to work with seller. Instead of doing the right thing and issuing a credit or refund, he insisted on waiting for eBay to determine if it was his fault or UPS. Of course it was UPS, although packaging could have been better, but UPS only allows the shipper to file claims, which seller was insured for, so I was stuck. Had to wait another five days unnecessarily for eBay to determine I was due a refund.
