In late 2009, the ink and toner retailer InkStop filed for bankruptcy effectively closing all locations. At the time, Charlie Schilla was 18 years old and attending college, but decided to max out a $300 credit card to fill up his trunk with as much inventory as he could purchase from the liquidation of his local InkStop retailer. He listed the $300 worth of inventory on eBay and successfully sold it for $1,800. With $1,800 in cash in his pocket, Charlie went to another InkStop store, purchased $1,800 worth of inventory, listed it on eBay and made another profit. After a few more rinse and repeats, Charlie needed to purchase in bulk and decided to go directly to InkStop’s headquarters and negotiated a deal to purchase some of their remaining inventory. Five years later, Charlie had continued to expand his business and decided to lease his first warehouse in Broadview Heights and, effectively, supplyhut was founded.

    Both product & seller are 5-star. We quickly received our order. With large quantity of boxes ordered, they had to be packaged in multiple boxes. 1 package had the correct box size and the 2nd package had incorrect size boxes. While mistakes do happen... it is how a seller responds and resolves the issue. This seller responded quickly, with no questions except if we wanted a refund or replacement. We opted for replacement and the correct size boxes arrived 2 days later. Great customer service!

    Great quality for a great value, the bubble wrap rolls arrived in great condition and look very nice! Shipping was extremely fast as well. Awesome product, and at a fraction of the price of any other bubble wrap I had looked at. I've bought countless rolls of bubble wrap before, and none of those came close to the quality and durability of Supplyhut's bubble wrap.     Seller issued a partial refund after only sending partial order. The listing specifies 30 gallons. I received 20 gallons. 1/3 of my order was missing. They sent me a smart@$$ comment saying they know how to measure them, they have sold these for a decade. Clearly not. They got caught marking 20gal bags up by +50%. They asked me to pour them into boxes to confirm. The boxes are 4.86gal. I should have over 6 boxes full of peanuts. It’s barely more than 4 boxes. I received 2.76cuft, not the 4cuft
