With large quantity of boxes ordered, they had to be packaged in multiple boxes. 1 package had the correct box size and the 2nd package had incorrect size boxes. While mistakes do happen... it is how a seller responds and resolves the issue. This seller responded quickly, with no questions except if we wanted a refund or replacement. We opted for replacement and the correct size boxes arrived 2 days later. Great customer service!

Faster arrival this time vs the 1st time but I'm contributing that to the pre-Christmas shipping. I like the way it is boxed, It works for my set up. This is not the best quality bubble wrap but for the price, it is what I expected. I'm happy with my order.
