Azienda a conduzione familiare

Il primo negozio Superpet ha aperto le sue porte a New Milton in una giornata gloriosamente soleggiata nel 1983. Con Tony a capo della famiglia, tutti e cinque i bambini hanno lavorato nel negozio ad un certo punto, sia dopo la scuola che durante le vacanze scolastiche.

Con il negozio New Milton un successo, l'azienda di famiglia iniziò presto ad espandersi. Nel 1993 è stata aperta la filiale di Christchurch, con Joe, il figlio maggiore che si assume la responsabilità della gestione quotidiana del negozio dopo aver lasciato la scuola. Fin dalla tenera età Joe aveva mostrato una vera attitudine per il business ed era desideroso di essere coinvolto e imparare le corde da Tony. Con la spinta commerciale di Joe, l’attenzione ai dettagli e alla conoscenza, è stata una progressione naturale per Joe assumere il ruolo di regista all’interno di Superpet.

    2nd purchase. As described. Genuine article - came in Yakers box, all chews came complete with attached label. If it's important to you to buy genuine Yakers chews you can totally trust this seller. Another seller I approached who showed a Yakers box in his description would not confirm he supplied genuine Yakers chews, making various excuses! Always worth checking.

    I DIDN`T COMMUNICATE WITH THE SELLER PERSONALLY. THE SACK THE NUTS WERE DELIVERED IN WAS SLIGHTLY DAMAGED AT THE NECK.- SOMEONE HAD PUT THE SACK OF PEANUTS INTO A CLEAR PLASTIC SACK, AND SECURED WITHA CABLE TIE. WAS THIS THE SELLER ? WAS THIS ROYAL MAIL ? I HAVE NO IDEA. I DON`T BELIEVE ANY OF THE CONTENTS WERE LOST IN TRANSIT. NONE OF THE PEANUTS SUFFERED DURING THIS PROCESS, THEY WERE QUITE HAPPY TO BE DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS.

    The item was as described. Unfortunately, when the item's dispatch was delayed, the seller did not communicate with me and I had to open a 'chasing' process via Ebay. It was resolved in the end when the item was delivered over a week later but it would have been a better experience if the seller had bothered to engage directly with me along the way, because they never did.

    This pack of mealworms arrived safely today on time and very sturdily packaged, great quality and in perfect condition, great value for the money spent, great for the wild birds that come to my garden, quick response to my placement of my order and extremely quick dispatch, excellent service, the seller is highly recommended by me and will be using again when this supply is all gone which will not take long.

    As described. Good value. Seeds came in close weave/mesh bag (see photo) and that bag was placed inside a very strong clear plastic outer bag for protection. Delivery in 48 hours by Royal Mail
