  The tracking for my parcel has not changed since the 4th. The parcel is now extremely overdue, can you please let me know if this has indeed been sent? I have confirmed my address twice, requested a refund, and nothing has been received or refunded.

  Disgusting seller. Shipped the incorrect product..will not refund me the funds. Offered $15 and me to keep a product indid not purchase. Absolute disgusting people to deal with. Have reported to ebay to request refund.
