  Excellent communication. The item I ordered matched the appearance of what was shown in the photo. Unfortunately, there were issues with the product but the seller worked with me to provide a resolution. Prompt shipping from overseas at a reasonable cost. Overall, I certainly recommend this seller. They definitely tried hard to please! Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

  Product was completely smashed on delivery. Seller responded promptly and refunded total price straight away. Seller needs to change courier and/or improve packaging.
