  The A/C controller I received is in good condition and I received it earlier than the expected date. Unfortunately the controller is not compatible to my air-conditioner. I contacted the seller and they were very helpful. They apologised and said they will refund me. I m very grateful and I will definitely use them again.thank you superpioneer
