    Good product, well packaged, good telephone customer service. Shipping not super fast, but the product arrived after reasonable amount of time. Shipping was not cheap, but I understand that it’s also not cheap for the seller. This product was hard to find (maybe it has been discontinued), so I was super happy that they could sell it to me. Thanks for a smooth transaction and for carrying that product. I would definitely do business with them again.

    Seller was upfront right away when it was realized that one skein was not available and offered to refund all or part- appreciate the communication. Items shipped promptly and as described!

    It was exactly as described. Packaged well. I thought the shipping was a little steep but that's what it was so be it. Decent value.

    I ordered two skeins of yarn but only received one. When I reached out, the seller’s response felt like they were questioning my honesty and they stopped replying. I had to go through eBay to get a refund, which was handled quickly, but overall I was disappointed with the seller’s communication and service.
