  Wrong bulb sent out but there was alittle confusion between the seller and myself sellers communication was very good responed quite quickly to my questions and was hassle free when asking for a refund gave my refund straight back seller couldn’t of been no fairer than that very trusted seller would definitely recommend also very polite ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  It was great to find a colour to suit my needs. This seller has such a wide range, that would be perfect for anyone. I felt that it was great value for money. Although value for money, it was not of a cheap quality, these ones are fantastic as you can easily see & feel the high quality. It arrived quickly & was packed well. A slight glitch was speedily rectified with constant communication with the seller. I'd definitely buy from this seller again.

  Seller quickly corrected courier fault… Item was damaged in transit by courier (seller not at fault) and not delivered, messaged seller who very quickly arranged for a replacement to be sent on next day delivery to rectify…great communication, great customer service!   Viewed many companies, most just pence between them, in the end I chose this company for my five metres of cable. I placed late at night, and they have 48 Tracked Service, luckily I made in time, the cable arrive on Saturday morning. The actual cable was clear bold green against the screen appearance, pleased with the quality, price, postage and the level of service received. Recommended seller *****

  Ihre Artikelbeschreibung entspricht nicht der Lieferung. In Ihrer Artikelbeschreibung steht, am Ende, 5er. Da denkt jeder Kunde das sind 5 Stück in einem Pack. Der Preis ist ja auch dementsprechend. Aber nein, es wird nur eine geliefert. Ich hatte mehrfach den Verkäufer kontaktiert, aber er war der Ansicht, dass so alles in Ordnung sei und hat dann 1,19€ als Rabatt zurücküberwiesen. Meiner Meinung nach ist damit das Problem nicht gelöst, da ja viele andere Kunden auch auf diesen "Schreibfehler"

  Verpackung und Lieferung sehr gut, Qualität der Lampe i.O., Leuchtmittel wie im Bild dargestellt ist allerdings nicht dabei.
