    I got shipped the wrong item, but the seller was very helpful and issued a refund. Will definitely be buying from them again because getting a seller that can actually communicate is so hard

    USPS took over 3 weeks to deliver this item but it did finally arrive and undamaged. Seller was very helpful and communicative through the process and checked in the post office a few times. I really appreciate seller follow through. Thank you.

    Item arrived very quickly, well packaged and completely secured. The rack ears were removed from the switch and bundle together with all the screws. The switch had no physical damage and I was able to reset it with a console cable. What an amazing value and great experience, would buy again from seller without hesitation!

    This item was exactly as described. It was packaged well and shipped quickly and arrived safe and sound. The Headshell itself was the only part of this item I was actually interested in, as proprietary Pioneer PL-8 Headshells have been virtually unobtainable for years. Thankfully, the seller included a photo of the connection end in their listing, which allowed me to verify the headshell before I purchased it. It is a perfect fit! Thanks!
