  Very lightly packaged and arrived with 2 damaged bulbs. I contacted the seller and they quickly refunded my money! Very good customer service! Would recommend!

  I did not receive the item but the seller was quick to respond and address the issue and offer a refund. The seller is not at fault as the item was lost during shipping process. Seller was very friendly!

  Seller is very easy to work with and the seller makes everything right if there is a problem. I ran into a little problem with the tracking but it was the fault of delivery and labeling.

  Very Disappointing – Damaged Item and No Support. The mouth tape arrived damaged & unusable. The packaging was poorly done—the tape package was already opened, left exposed in the shipping bag, and held together with just one piece of packing tape. Tape was crinkled and creased, making it impossible to use properly. Tape is also very small. Contacted seller & received no resolution. The lack of communication and customer service is frustrating. I cannot recommend this product or seller.
