I'm keeping it in its well-wrapped packaging so that I don't lose any small screw, etc. before we have a friend come over who has agreed to install it for us.     This looked to be an opened but unused item, which was as advertised. Condition was "like new' in every way except the price (which was much less). Communication was as expected. My only disapppointment was the shipping time....but, I suppose I'm just too used to Prime. I recommend and would use this vendor again.
