  No issues with Seller. Communication was excellent. Packaging was suitable and item arrived within the shipping window. Would purchase from this Seller in the future. Always a gamble purchasing and shipping items like a CD Player. I suspect it might have been shaken/dropped in transit. Seller took the item back and issued a full credit on a timely basis. I think that speaks volumes about the Seller. Thought maybe they would repair and re-post the item. I would have gladly repurchased the item.

  I have been working to build a set of vision cookware via eBay sellers. Out of all three orders I placed with various sellers this is the only one that arrived in excellent condition. The seller went the extra mile making sure the item was protected during shipping. The item arrived exactly as the seller described and the price was fair.   Package arrived on time possibly earlier than expected. Seller was very attentive and contacted me about an issue with the order. Seller solved the issue and offered a discount on future purchases. Engine was as described and even though it was used looked almost new. I would purchase from this seller again.

  Picture perfect matching the item delivered in short time. Always worry a little about having glass shipped. Didn't need to waste a second this time. Packed great, arrived in perfect condition.
