It's shipped without any packaging at all and I guess it's fragile because the packaging inside the box was broken. If that wasn't enough it came without any instruction book. I asked the seller to send me something and that way and he said just refer to my instruction book which never came. The item is flimsy and I have pictures of it charging for 2 days and red. Seller no response!
