Unfortunately, the item came to me with issues that were not described. As a technician myself, I know how hard it can be to test everything that can happen with a laptop, especially after it leaves your care. A USB port and speakers seem to have taken damage from the shipping facility. The seller took my concern super seriously, and offered very generous ways to resolve my problem Absolutely recommend SHS!!
