  Very communicative seller, I was under impression that this item was ready to ship. However, seller was very patient with me and explained how the whole process of figures work as I am just now getting into the hobby of collecting.   I received the figure way earlier than expected which was a nice surprise, and it arrived in perfect condition, the box wasn't even damaged at all. The figure looks exactly as described and I received all the included parts, and the quality looks amazing as well. Totally worth it, definitely one of my new favorite figures, he looks great!   There was a piece missing out of the box even though it was BRAND NEW(must have been from the factory). The seller was beyond great at communicating and making sure we received the missing piece. I would HIGHLY recommend this seller. A+++++
