Due to a typo I did not receive a hard drive caddy and accordingly contacted seller immediately; they returned my call WITHIN MINUTES, went Beyond Fair by discovering error & immediately issued generous partial refund~True to their word.   This eSeller sold me a UPS at a fair price, packed it very well and it arrived super fast. Unfortunately item had something happen internally while in transit and was DOA when it arrived. After some testing we could not revive the item, so they immediately offered to refund me the full price. Let me tell you folks, 'broncos' is an honest and fair eSeller and you can buy from them with confidence. They stand behind their sale and took care of me. Best people ever !

  It was exactly as described and it functions perfectly. It was well packaged, protected against shipping damage and arrived undamaged. It was mailed promptly after the sale. I am happy with this purchase as it upgrades and extends the usefulness of an aging Linux computer, upgrading from a 6th Gen i3 to a 7th Gen i7 at a reasonable price. If this seller has other items I am interested in buying, I would purchase with confidence from this seller again in the future.

  Product was shipped quickly, packaged securely and as described. Unfortunately for us, we encountered and issue that we weren't able to correct, even with the help of the seller. It wasn't something that would have been easily found with basic function testing, so I certainly don't fault the seller. They went above and beyond to assist, but ultimately ended up refunding the sale. Return shipping was easy and straightforward. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future!
