Seller states will resolve any problem within 24 hours. Due to a typo I did not receive a hard drive caddy and accordingly contacted seller immediately; they returned my call WITHIN MINUTES, went Beyond Fair by discovering error & immediately issued generous partial refund~True to their word.   This eSeller sold me a UPS at a fair price, packed it very well and it arrived super fast. Unfortunately item had something happen internally while in transit and was DOA when it arrived. After some testing we could not revive the item, so they immediately offered to refund me the full price. Let me tell you folks, 'broncos' is an honest and fair eSeller and you can buy from them with confidence. They stand behind their sale and took care of me. Best people ever !

  Received on schedule. Item was well packed and arrive undamaged. I feel that the value paid was well within line compared to other items advertised. Would definitely purchase from this vendor again. If there is a way, I would like to contact the seller to ask him a question on the printer.
