    The item arrived well-packed. However, there was a slight issue with the placement of the holes on the product. Because of this defect, I requested a refund. If it weren't for the problem, I would have kept the item. Nevertheless, since it was a well-made modern radiator, the seller issued a full refund. I would consider purchasing from this seller again in the future, and hopefully, the next item will have the holes in the correct position.

    Item was delivered quickly but I had to return it because I made a mistake and ordered the wrong one. Sellers response was swift and amicable and refund received. Would buy again from the seller and highly recommend them. thank you.

    The seller sent out the package with a tracking service, but he does not offer the tracking code for this order. I could not follow up the shipping status of the package. The French post office asked me to pay import tax and handling fee. It is important that the seller offers a tracking code to the buyers so that we can pay for the import tax and handling fee online. In France, we can have reduction on the handling fee if we pay it online before the delivery.
