  The item was as described and a good price. Through no fault of the seller, the item arrived over a week late. The seller had kindly already offered a full refund for the lost item. When the item eventually arrived I returned the item to save messing with paying again through a third party. All in all, the seller conducted themselved well and communicated perfectly throughout. A very professional business and a kind seller. My only complaint to be picky would be the postage cost was too high

  Unfortunately the racks didn't arrive until Sat 24th when it was stated that they should arrive Thurs 22nd or Fri 23rd. They weren't dispatched until the 22nd! Packaging good although felt the postage was a bit steep especially as they didn't arrive when stated.
