  I’m giving a neutral rating due to shipping cost being over $179. I computed what it would be once I received the item and I was way overcharged. Also seller did contact me on the day of delivery to check in on shipment. I explained that I was charged way too much shipping and the seller responded. Please don’t ask a question if you can’t assist with the answer. Box arrived damaged but dishes made it. They are lovely but very unprofessional in communication.

  Etna and her husband are a wonderful sales team. Communication was prompt and polite. You can tell that they care about their customers. Our plates were exactly as listed and great care was taken by Etna to deliver them in pristine condition. I'd feel very confident buying from her in the future.
