When the item arrived it was clearly damaged. I asked for a partial refund of 50 euros to cover, at least in part, the repair costs. They refused, offering me a return. This type of sellers are the worst thing that can happen to a buyer, if things go badly, they offer a refund thinking they will get out of it clean.
