    Received the wrong item; messaged the seller and they responded immediately. They apologized, told me to keep the wrong item for the trouble, and shipped off the correct volume the very next day.     I was pleased with the book I received. However, the book was shipped in a flimsy cardboard envelope with no marking stating it should not be bent. It was shoved into my mailbox, bending the envelope in multiple places. It was a minor miracle the book was not damaged.
