Poor communication from the seller. He initially responded to my messages then ghosted. Shipping took nearly a week. Similar excuses that others have stated..

Hello, we apologize for delay in communication. We both work full time jobs and don't have the time we would like. All of our listings are scheduled to ship in 3 business days and we apologize for any delays. Maybe we should increase that time, but it doesn't seem to prevent people from getting upset even if we abide by that time. I did see your message and did my best to get it packaged and shipped before work and should have responded. Sorry I didn't respond to let you know we shipped it.

I will double down on my original review based on the fact that this seller LIED about our conversation. This conversation started (by the seller) on Saturday may 13th 9:14 pm, not AM, so my request for a Picture ( sent shortly after the initial conversation on the same evening) was ignored. Also note that after I decided on a refund, I was sent a picture of the item, along with a snapshot of the definition of customer service. That’s the type of seller you will be dealing with.

As I have stated before, I'm sorry we couldn't get to a resolution in the short amount of time that you have allowed me. Our conversation was not lied about, and actually shows harassment on your end. You have your refund, I tried to work with you. I'm sorry it wasn't good enough. I really hope you don't treat others this way in your personal or professional life. God bless.
