Notable artists include Jerry Robinson and Dick Sprang (THE Batman artist in the eyes of many), who penned the poignant introduction. New villains the Crime Doctor/Surgeon (twice), Tweedledum & Tweedledee, and the Cavalier (twice) appear. Joker and Penguin return several times. The first tale of time travel (via hypnosis!) with the help of Prof. Carter Nichols appears here. Solo Alfred tales. A TREASURE!
