    Good despatch and delivery. The packaging was really well done. The item is in new condition, not a single mark on it, but second hand price. Item was described as open box never used, it was exactly that, original packaging, instructions, bubble wrap ect. So Happy with this purchase, the seller is brilliant. Would definitely recommend 100%.

    The order arrived very quickly and really well packged. Sadly the GPU arrived DOA I reached out to the seller and was offered a return and refund, communication with sellar was exellent as was the return process and they did reply quickly to my question about filling out a section of the return form, the refund took a few days once they verified the GPU was non fucntional. from my exeperaince great sellar and would buy from them again hopefully better luck next. A+++

    Good quality and value; met my expectation. Only thing was that I received an ISO layout, while the picture was ANSI layout. The problem was resolved successfully. The seller was responsive and respectful, and offered a 10% compensation. Overall, will buy again from the seller in the future.

    Honestly after searching for months, they had the best price in the whole of UK saving me so much, I genuinely thought it was too good to be true!! Great communication and answered any questions so quickly. Came as described in pristine condition, packaged with great care with next day delivery!! I am so grateful for this company. I was close to getting the 14” version and instead got the 16” version i hoped for.. and still within my budget!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! A+++

    Better than described, this laptop was in great condition, basically brand new. Really happy with this purchase, it was packaged securely and postage was quick. The price really was brilliant and I'd recommend this seller to anyone else looking for a refurbished laptop for their studies. I'm embarking on a doctorate course and needed something reliable, and these guys have provided.
