The zap number was wrong, an extra letter was added. The item size wasn't what I ordered, I ordered a 8.5cm patch, I received a 10cm one. I would leave zero stars if there was the option. I’m only one person holding down 2 jobs and a family. Patch was made incorrectly and full refund was provided immediately, also agreed with buyer to provide replacement free of charge. Unsure about communication issue, responded to all customer messages promptly.
