We source our items from various different outlets to bring you the deals you crave. We like to lean toward brand new unopened boxes, but we will also be offering collectibles, vintage items, and interesting items that may not be brand new in box. As always we will have very detailed pictures and Disclaimers that you may need to be aware of in all descriptions. If you have problems with your orders, please give us the chance to make it right before just giving us a bad review. Our biggest concern is your happiness and making sure the items you purchase are exactly what you were hoping to get. The box inside the thin yellow envelope was damaged in shipping (dented corners) but the items in the box were undamaged. Sadly, the whole package, with box, was meant for a gift. The items themselves were beautiful, as pictured and undamaged. Also received items quickly.
