    Quick USPS shipping in white padded mailer. Chicony USB-C Charger 65W was enclosed plastic bag, power cable included 3-Prong plug. Exactly as pictured/described, appears to be brand new, no scratches or blemishes. 65W specs on the back label, has an Acer logo on the top side. Good communication. Excellent seller.

    The package arrived quickly. There was an issue, but the seller helped me resolve it. I realized I received an item with specs that didn’t match what was in the listing. The seller was quick to acknowledge their mistake and offered options to make me whole. I could return the item for full refund, or keep the under-spec’ed item and accept a partial refund. I chose the second option, with a plan to still buy the right item for myself elsewhere, & use the one I received for my kids.

    I ordered 2 and 1 was not working upon arrival. The seller quickly replaced the defective unit and sent an extra for good measure. 10/10 service, price was right, great communication! Would purchase from them again!

    Seller initially sent out the wrong charger but was very pleasant to deal with and sent out the correct one after I reached out to them. they made it right. for that I will recommend them 👍🤙

    The item was well packaged, but arrived defective. I contacted the seller who was prompt to mail a replacement that worked wonderfully. The seller apologized for the inconvenience. Things sometimes go wrong in a sale, it is how a seller handles it that matters. I would highly recommend this seller!
